Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They govern your use of this website and your purchase of any coaching, guides, digital products, or other services offered here.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, subscribing to our email list, or purchasing any product or service offered here, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or make a purchase.
2. Who we are
This website and the services offered on it are operated by Meghana Kamdar LLC, a California limited liability company with a mailing address at 1170 Limeridge Drive, Concord, CA 94518, doing business as Families Go Abroad (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). References to Meghana Kamdar, Families Go Abroad, and Meghana Kamdar LLC in these terms all refer to the same business.
3. Educational purpose only
All content, coaching, guides, checklists, directories, and other materials provided here are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, immigration, financial, tax, or other professional advice of any kind, and no professional relationship is created by your use of them.
Immigration rules, visa requirements, fees, processing times, tax treatment, and other regulations change frequently and vary by individual circumstance. You should consult qualified immigration lawyers, licensed financial and tax advisors, and the relevant government agencies before making any decision about relocating, applying for a visa, or arranging your finances.
4. Coaching and services
We offer coaching programs, group programs, strategy sessions, and related services. The specific scope, format, duration, and price of each service are described at the point of sale. Coaching is a supportive and educational service. It is guidance and accountability, not a guarantee of any particular outcome, approval, or result.
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule a live session, please give as much notice as reasonably possible so we can offer the time to another family. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or credited.
5. Digital products and access
Digital products include guides, downloads, checklists, directories, masterclass recordings and replays, templates, and any other digital content or tools we make available, whether free or paid. When you obtain a digital product, we grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to access and use it for your own personal and family use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share access credentials, republish, or otherwise make our digital products available to anyone else. Access to gated or account based content is for the individual or household that purchased or requested it. We may suspend or revoke access if these terms are breached.
6. Payments and pricing
Prices are shown at the point of sale and may be listed in euros or another currency. Payments are processed by trusted third party providers such as Stripe and Kit. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable processor to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount shown, including any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.
7. Refund policy
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds after the purchase of a digital product.
Because digital products, including guides, downloads, checklists, directories, masterclass recordings and replays, and any other digital content or tools, are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once a purchase is complete and access has been granted. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access and you agree that you waive any right to a refund.
For coaching programs and other live services, any deposits and fees are non refundable once the program has started or the first session has taken place, unless a written agreement between us states otherwise. If we are unable to deliver a paid live service at all, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule it or provide an equivalent credit.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products, including text, guides, graphics, images, logos, course materials, and the design of our tools, is owned by or licensed to Meghana Kamdar LLC and Meghana Kamdar and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted by the license granted to you or by applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site and our products lawfully and not to misuse them. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or gated content, interfere with the operation of the site, upload harmful code, or use the materials to harass, defraud, or harm others.
10. Third party services and links
We use and link to third party services, including payment processors, email and course platforms, scheduling tools, and other websites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
11. Results disclaimer
Any stories, examples, or testimonials shared on this site describe individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same results. Relocating and building a life abroad depends on many factors that are outside our control, including your own circumstances, effort, and decisions made by government agencies and third parties.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meghana Kamdar LLC, Families Go Abroad, and Meghana Kamdar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on our content or your decisions about relocation, visas, finances, schooling, or taxes. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meghana Kamdar LLC, Families Go Abroad, and Meghana Kamdar from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these terms.
13. Privacy
